Dashboard Guide

The Plugy dashboard at my.plugy.me is your control center for managing AI support bots.

Each project represents one bot/business:

  • Settings — Bot persona, language, AI model, response rules
  • Knowledge Base — Documents, FAQs, and training data
  • Channels — Connected messaging platforms
  • Conversations — Live and historical chat sessions
  • Analytics — Performance metrics, B-score, response quality
  1. Click “New Project” on the dashboard
  2. Fill in project details (name, language, industry)
  3. Upload your knowledge base documents
  4. Configure bot instructions and persona

Connect one or more channels per project:

  • Telegram — Requires bot token from @BotFather
  • JIVO — Requires webhook URL from JIVO settings
  • Email — Forward support emails to your Plugy inbox

The Conversations tab shows all chat sessions:

  • Filter by channel, status, date
  • View full conversation history
  • See AI confidence scores per response
  • Manually intervene or escalate

Track your bot’s performance:

  • Resolution Rate — % of conversations resolved without human help
  • Response Time — Average time to first response
  • Customer Satisfaction — Based on feedback and escalation rates
  • B-Score — Plugy’s quality metric (Focus x Alignment x Consistency x Experience)
