Quick Start

Get your first AI-powered support bot running in 5 minutes.

Step 1: Sign Up

Go to my.plugy.me and create your account.

Step 2: Create a Project

  1. Click “New Project” in the dashboard
  2. Enter your project name (e.g., “My Company Support”)
  3. Choose your primary language
  4. Click Create

Step 3: Configure Your Bot

  1. Open your project settings
  2. Add your knowledge base — upload documents, FAQs, or paste text
  3. Configure the bot’s persona (tone, language, domain expertise)
  4. Set up response rules and escalation triggers

Step 4: Connect a Channel

Connect your first messaging channel:

  • Telegram — Add your bot token from @BotFather
  • JIVO — Enter your JIVO webhook URL
  • WhatsApp — Coming soon

Step 5: Test It

Send a test message through your connected channel. Your bot will respond using your knowledge base and configured rules.
