Connecting JIVO

Connect JIVO live chat to Plugy for AI-powered customer support.

  • A Plugy account at my.plugy.me
  • A JIVO account with API access
  1. Log in to your JIVO admin panel
  2. Go to Settings > Integrations > Webhooks
  3. Note your channel ID
  1. Open your project in my.plugy.me
  2. Go to Settings > Channels
  3. Click Add Channel > JIVO
  4. Enter your JIVO channel ID and webhook settings
  5. Click Connect

Start a JIVO chat on your website. Plugy will respond to customer messages automatically.

When a customer requests a human agent, Plugy can automatically invite a JIVO operator into the conversation. The bot steps back and the operator takes over seamlessly.

Bot not responding in JIVO?

  • Verify the webhook URL is correct in both JIVO and Plugy
  • Make sure the channel is enabled in project settings
  • Check that JIVO webhook events are being sent
