Connecting JIVO

Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- A Plugy account at my.plugy.me
- A JIVO account with API access
Step 1: Get Your JIVO Webhook URL
Section titled “Step 1: Get Your JIVO Webhook URL”- Log in to your JIVO admin panel
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Webhooks
- Note your channel ID
Step 2: Configure in Plugy
Section titled “Step 2: Configure in Plugy”- Open your project in my.plugy.me
- Go to Settings > Channels
- Click Add Channel > JIVO
- Enter your JIVO channel ID and webhook settings
- Click Connect
Step 3: Test
Section titled “Step 3: Test”Start a JIVO chat on your website. Plugy will respond to customer messages automatically.
Operator Handoff
Section titled “Operator Handoff”When a customer requests a human agent, Plugy can automatically invite a JIVO operator into the conversation. The bot steps back and the operator takes over seamlessly.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Bot not responding in JIVO?
- Verify the webhook URL is correct in both JIVO and Plugy
- Make sure the channel is enabled in project settings
- Check that JIVO webhook events are being sent
