Track your bot’s performance and conversation quality from the Plugy dashboard.

The main dashboard at my.plugy.me shows key metrics at a glance:

  • Active Conversations — Number of ongoing chats
  • Messages Today — Total messages processed today
  • Resolution Rate — Percentage of conversations resolved without human help
  • Average B-Score — Overall quality metric across all conversations

The B-score is Plugy’s quality metric. It tracks four dimensions:

View B-score trends over time in your project’s Analytics tab.

In the Conversations tab, you can:

  • Filter conversations by channel, status, and date
  • View individual conversation quality scores
  • Identify conversations where the bot struggled
  • Track escalation rates and patterns

Monitor how the ONDA self-learning system is improving your bot:

  • View iteration history with before/after B-scores
  • See which improvements were approved or rejected
  • Track the current ONDA level
  • Monitor convergence toward optimal performance

Set up alerts for important events:

  • B-score drops below a threshold
  • Escalation rate spikes
  • Self-learning iterations are consistently rejected
  • Bot response time increases
