Monitoring & Analytics
Section titled “Monitoring & Analytics”Track your bot’s performance and conversation quality from the Plugy dashboard.
Dashboard Overview
Section titled “Dashboard Overview”The main dashboard at my.plugy.me shows key metrics at a glance:
- Active Conversations — Number of ongoing chats
- Messages Today — Total messages processed today
- Resolution Rate — Percentage of conversations resolved without human help
- Average B-Score — Overall quality metric across all conversations
B-Score Tracking
Section titled “B-Score Tracking”The B-score is Plugy’s quality metric. It tracks four dimensions:

| Focus | Is the answer relevant to the question? |
| Empathy | Does the tone match the situation? |
| Consistency | Does it align with the knowledge base? |
| Experience | Does it use conversation history effectively? |
View B-score trends over time in your project’s Analytics tab.
Conversation Analytics
Section titled “Conversation Analytics”In the Conversations tab, you can:
- Filter conversations by channel, status, and date
- View individual conversation quality scores
- Identify conversations where the bot struggled
- Track escalation rates and patterns
Self-Learning Progress
Section titled “Self-Learning Progress”Monitor how the ONDA self-learning system is improving your bot:
- View iteration history with before/after B-scores
- See which improvements were approved or rejected
- Track the current ONDA level
- Monitor convergence toward optimal performance
Alerts
Section titled “Alerts”Set up alerts for important events:
- B-score drops below a threshold
- Escalation rate spikes
- Self-learning iterations are consistently rejected
- Bot response time increases
API Access
Section titled “API Access”Access analytics data programmatically via the API:
- Projects API — Dashboard statistics
- Conversations API — Conversation quality metrics
- ONDA API — Self-learning iteration history
